2nd Annual COP House Soccer Camp

Whitney Biking Club

Please consider joining Diana and Duane Kasper if you would like to bike a longer route at a faster pace, we plan to offer Tuesday rides on the first and third Tuesdays of the month biking an average of 10-12 mph with a round trip distance of 20-25 miles. We will stop for lunch halfway and get back to the ride start about 1:00 or 1:30. If the weather is questionable, please contact us to check. Our cell is 952-412-5654. Yoga

Yoga teaches us how to stretch the body, focus the mind, pay attention to the breath, and live in the present moment with a greater sense of ease and well-being.
