    Gentle Pilates Mondays and Friday 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.

  7. Projects with Men's Shed

    Men's Shed is a welcoming place where men share their interests with others and try new activities or just sit in and share in the conversation. This project gives men the opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing through participation as a means of connecting with others and increasing self-esteem. Part of the Men's Shed is to work shoulder to shoulder to serve the community on a variety of projects. We are inviting you to join us on Thursday, May 5th at 6:30 PM to learn more about these opportunities.
