Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement
If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.

This project gives men the opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing through participation as a means of connecting with others and increasing self-esteem.
Part of the Men's Shed is to work shoulder to shoulder to serve the community on a variety of projects.
