A group of fun people who love to paint and draw. Please bring your own materials.
Please consider joining us (Diana and Duane Kasper, bike leaders for over 20 years). If you would like to bike a longer route at a faster pace, we plan to offer Tuesday rides on the first and third Tuesdays of the month starting at 9:30am biking an average of 10-12 mph with a round trip distance of 20-25 miles. We will stop for lunch half way and get back to the ride start about 1:00-1:30. We plan to begin from Coborns' parking lot in St. Joseph (1500 Elm Street East) and stop in Avon for lunch. If the weather is questionable, please call us to check. Once we have a group, we will send out emails to Sunday before with the details of the next ride. Our rides will be on trails. Please be sure your bike is in good working order. Wearing a helmet is required. It is important you also have a bike tire tube with the correct bike tire stem (Schrader or Presta), water bottle and a bike lock.
Yoga teaches us how to stretch the body, focus the mind, pay attention to the breath, and live in the present moment with a greater sense of ease and well-being. This class will teach you techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and balance the body.
