The St. Cloud Area Senior Fun Singers is a vocal chorus of 55+ senior citizens from the surrounding area who rehearse once a week (Sept-May) and then provide music/variety programs for nursing centers, retirement centers, and community events.

Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups.
