    Simply connect to your chosen course with no required result: mindful breathing, body scans, and guided mindful meditations. You will be led through a series of relaxation techniques to prepare the body and mind for intention setting to deepen the purpose in your life. Before dialing into the zoom, prepare a sanctuary of relaxation with dim lighting or candle of your favorite scent, quiet, no disruptions (silence your phone), and a comfortable place to sit or lie down with a comforting blanket to keep you warm.
