    Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups.     Cycling improves strength, balance, and coordination while improving mental well-being and enjoying nature! Meet us at various trails and bike to a location for lunch (either pack your own or support a local business) along the trail. Make sure to bring your bike, helmet, and water. Helmets will be required for the safety of those in the group. Bike from the St. Joseph Trailhead to Avon and back.

  5. Setting Intentions with Mindful Meditation

    Simply connect to your chosen course with no required result: mindful breathing, body scans, and guided mindful meditations. You will be led through a series of relaxation techniques to prepare the body and mind for intention setting to deepen the purpose in your life. Before dialing into the zoom, prepare a sanctuary of relaxation with dim lighting or candle of your favorite scent, quiet, no disruptions (silence your phone), and a comfortable place to sit or lie down with a comforting blanket to keep you warm.
