    Yoga teaches us how to stretch the body, focus the mind, pay attention to the breath, and live in the present moment with a greater sense of ease and well-being. This class will teach you techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and balance to the body. Yoga mat, towel, strap, and water bottle. Note -- there is a different Link and Time for Tuesdays and Thursdays

  2. SAIL - Stay Active and Independent for Life - Virtual

    Join  us Virtually for the SAIL class on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 11AM to 12PM This is a one hour class that includes Warm Up, Balance, Aerobic, Strength, and Flexibility. You will need weights (but can use soup cans, water bottle, etc) Chair, room to move, and water to drink.
