    Join  us Virtually for the SAIL class on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 11AM to 12PM This is a one hour class that includes Warm Up, Balance, Aerobic, Strength, and Flexibility. You will need weights (but can use soup cans, water bottle, etc) Chair, room to move, and water to drink.

    Gentle Pilates with Paula Mondays and Friday 1pm to 2pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
