There will be a few changes in the next weeks. Fourth Street SE at Highway 10 remains closed with the west portion of Fourth Street SE open to traffic and businesses.
From July 24th through 28th, the north intersection of Lincoln Avenue at Highway 23 will be closed. It will reopen to temporary gravel surface.
Beginning July 31st, the intersections to/from East St. Germain Street at Highway 10 will be closed until early September. Highway 10 will remain open with one lane in each direction between Benton Drive and 15th Avenue SE.
Highway 23 remains open with one lane in each direction between Wilson Avenue and 25th Avenue SE.

Construction is on schedule and Cooper Avenue is anticipated to be reopened mid-October 2023.
