    17. Purpose of the St. Cloud Youth Commission:
      To provide an opportunity for youth to learn about and connect with city government; to create a forum where youth can discuss and act upon issues important to them; and to have the youth voice represented in the city decision making process.
    19. Responsibilities of a St. Cloud Youth Commissioner:
      1. Attend all general meetings and sub-committee meetings of the St. Cloud Youth Commission 2. Make responsible decisions that reflect your community’s interests and concerns 3. Develop leadership skills by active participation 4. Abide by the laws of the City of St. Cloud, State of Minnesota and the school that you attend. Promote the St. Cloud Youth Commission and its goals.
