Grandparenting from a distance
Grandparenting is changing again! Covid-19 restrictions have added a new set of difficulties to being a grandparent. Previously many of us have had to deal with the problem of being geographically distant from our grandchildren, but now we are handed a new hurdle because of Covid. In this session, we will explore the new shape and form of grandparenting. Yes, we will talk about using technology, but we will also explore other creative ways and means of connecting meaningfully with our grands despite the distances. Bring your questions and ideas! Our presenter, Tom Rinkoski, is a parent of three adult children and 9 grandchildren and been actively experimenting with staying connected. Join us to chat about this old connection being refashioned in brand new times and circumstances.
