Join us for these Evidence-based workshops offered through Zoom. You will have the benefit of a coach and a chance to meet some new friends!

Cost of Workshops: A Sliding Fee Scale/ Cost Share will be presented at the time of workshop. No one is denied the opportunity to take the workshop.

Perfect class to get moving and to get started from the comfort of your home with a coach and other group participants. A great opportunity to make some new friends and connections.

Perfect opportunity to meet others with similar interests and stay engaged!

To participate in the workshops

Participants are asked to have technology to share video/ audio. For those in the greater St. Cloud area, Whitney Senior Center has Fire Tablets available to participate in the workshops. Reach out to our Wellness Coordinator at 320-650-3082.

The Whitney Senior Center staff will work with you if you need assistance on using Zoom and downloading the application. They will also do a Session Zero/ Informational session to practice the Zoom meetings prior to the workshop start date.
