The Corporation for National and Community Service recently released national volunteer statistics. As a nation, Americans volunteered nearly 7.8 billion hours in 2015, worth an estimated $184 billion, based on the Independent Sector’s estimate of the average value of a volunteer hour. Thank you to the 1,206 Greater St. Cloud Area RSVP volunteers who contributed 154,920 hours at 183 local agencies in 2015.
