Please be advised that beginning on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, through approximately September 21, 2016, the Mississippi River will be drawn down approximately 2 – 2.5 feet for construction on the Spillway Gate Replacement Project at the City of St. Cloud Hydro Electric Plant.
