Please be advised that on Monday, February 29, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., the right eastbound traffic lane on 1st Street North between 6th Avenue North and the Mississippi River will be closed to accommodate traffic for the MN Rural Water event at the River’s Edge Convention Center.

This closure will also take place on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for traffic after the event is done.
