Please be advised that on Wednesday, November 25, 2015, minor duration lane closures will occur on the 1900 block of 3rd Street North.
These temporary lane closures are necessary to obtain core samples needed as part of an ongoing Pavement Aging Study that is being conducted by the City and MnDOT. This work will be done under traffic with temporary flagging operations, and will be completed the same day, weather permitting.
