Stearns County Highway Department will close CSAH 4 (Veterans Drive/8th Street North) from 37th Avenue North to 9th Avenue North in St. Cloud on Monday, July 20, 2015, for approximately one month as crews resurface the roadway. A detour will be in effect via TH 15, 3rd Street North and 25th Avenue North.
