Please be advised that beginning Monday, May 12, 2014, the following streets will be closed to through traffic to facilitate a public improvement project to reconstruct public utilities and streets:
• 22nd Avenue North from 3rd Street North to Cooper Avenue North
• 23rd Avenue North from 3rd Street North to Cooper Avenue North
• 24th Avenue North from 3rd Street North to 5th Street North.
• 4th Street North from 21st to 24th Avenue North.

Weather permitting, these closures will last through late September, 2014.

A detour will not be posted. Area residents are asked to use caution when gaining access to the construction site.
