We Are Water MN

The Mississippi River - St. Cloud Watershed Collaborative and the Minnesota Humanities Center (MHC) have announced that the traveling exhibit — We Are Water MN — is now open in Becker, MN.

We Are Water MN is a project of the Humanities Center that engages Minnesotans with the state’s most important natural resource through personal stories, historical content, and scientific information. We Are Water MN will be on display at the Sherburne History Center from March 2nd through April 24th during their normal business hours.

This is a fantastic opportunity for St. Cloud community members to learn more about the area’s treasured water resources!

Special Event

At a special event on March 22nd, free well water nitrate testing will be provided without appointment, between 3pm and 7pm.

At 4pm and 5:30pm, a presentation about the status of water in the region will be shared by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and project staff.  Stop by anytime to test your water, view the exhibit and presentation, and visit a Water Bar experience.

More information on this exhibit and the events planned can be found at the project website.
