Please be advised that beginning on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Monday, October 31, 2022, weather permitting, the southbound traffic lane on Country Road 74 will be closed from 22nd Street South to 33rd Street South, County Road 74 will be reduced to one lane with an alternating traffic signal from 41st Avenue South to 42nd Avenue South due to utility work in the area. This closure This traffic control plan will last approximately three weeks. 

Detours will be posted. Through traffic will be maintained but motorists are advised to find alternate routes and can expect minor delays.
