be advised that beginning on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, 5th Avenue North
will be closed from the hospital ramp entrance on 12th Street North to approximately
200 feet south of the Water Treatment Facility due to construction at the Water
Treatment Facility.
This
closure is expected to last until July 2023.
