St. Cloud’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is an important part of our work to keep water clean and free of pollution. We invite the public to view and provide public comment on the plan.

The plan is part of the City’s Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer System permit, which is regulated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. It includes the Stormwater division’s Best Management Practices, which cover areas including education outreach, public participation, illicit discharge detection and elimination, construction site runoff control, post-construction stormwater management and pollution prevention and good housekeeping.
