Community Energy Action Plan

This past year a community stakeholder team has developed an energy action plan for our city. The plan prioritizes energy initiatives, outlines strategies that align with the Community of St. Cloud, the City’s own energy initiatives, and a history of sustainability leadership in Minnesota. This planning process was made possible through Xcel Energy’s Partners in Energy offering. The City of St. Cloud applied to participate in 2016 and was the eighth community selected in Minnesota since 2014.
