With the southern intersection of Highway 23 and Lincoln Avenue SE closed, this is a reminder that there are business/detour signs indicating how to get to the area businesses in the construction areas. Business access will be maintained throughout construction. 

Note that 4th Street SE from Lincoln Avenue SE to Cashwise/Arlington Business Center is open to traffic. Businesses with access along the Highway 10 Frontage Road have their access via 15th Avenue SE.

Segments of 4th Street SE currently remain closed between Lincoln Avenue SE and Highway 10. 

Coming up on May 22nd, weather permitting, crews plan to close and reconstruct the south intersection of Lincoln Avenue SE and Highway 23. With this work, Lincoln Avenue SE will close south of Highway 23. Highway 23 will remain open to through traffic. This closure will remain through mid-June.

Utility related work continued on 4th Street Southeast this week.  The intersection of 4th Street Southeast and Lincoln Avenue has reopened. There is a temporary gravel surface at the intersection. Local access to area businesses will be maintained during construction activities.
