Governor’s Face Covering Requirements under Executive Order 20-81 went into effect on July 24, 2020 stating people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all indoor businesses and public indoor spaces which applies to City of St. Cloud Government buildings. City Hall opened on June 15th, but Mayor Kleis is still encouraging you to do as much of your city business online, email or phone (320) 255-7200 when possible.
