How to Register 

Register for a St. Cloud Park and Recreation program or activity, or purchase a membership or Punch Pass:

Non Resident Fees


City of St Cloud property taxpayers subsidize the cost of operating facilities and programs as well as the maintenance of City parks. Participants of Recreation programs who live outside the city limits of the City of St Cloud are asked to contribute to these costs through Non Resident Fees or 20% of the activity fee, prior to sales tax. Daily fees are exempt from this fee.

Financial Aid Grants


We want everyone to be able to come out and play! Financial Aid Grants are available to assist those who may have difficulty paying for Recreation programs. Submit an application for financial assistance, available to print here online or at the Whitney Recreation Center. Aid is granted on a sliding scale determined by family size and family income (income must be verified by last year's income tax form). Please submit the financial assistance form, along with your tax form and a registration form for your selected activities.
