Call 911 if you need help immediately.

The St. Cloud City Attorney's Office provides services to crime victims including:
  • Assistance in understanding the legal process and court procedures
  • Assistance in understanding and exercising their rights
  • Assistance in recovering property held as evidence
  • Assistance in seeking restitution, emergency financial assistance, or reparations for economic loss or harm resulting from crime
  • Information about proposed settlement offers and pretrial diversion programs
  • Referrals to other agencies and organizations providing victim services

Protection for Women & Children

Call Anna Marie's at 320-253-6900 if you are a woman in need of protection. Anna Marie's provides shelter for battered women and their children in the nine-county region of Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Wright, Mille Lacs, Isanti, Kanabec, Chisago, and Pine counties.
