The City of St Cloud provides billing for
 Residential and Commercial customers are billed approximately every 60 days.

  • 24-hour automated Pay-by-Phone by calling ​877-729-2497  (NOTE:  you will need your customer and account numbers when you make this call!  There is no fee to utilize this service.)
  • Moving?  New homeowner? Selling your home? New renter? NOTIFY us via our utility account service form to update account information and/or to get a final meter reading.
  • Did you go south for the winter? Has your property been vacant for 60 days or more? Complete our recycling & garbage credit form for a credit/adjustment towards your recycling fees.
