What do you get when you combine tennis, badminton, and ping-pong? Only the greatest game ever named after a dog: pickleball! A hybrid of badminton, tennis, and table-tennis pickleball is a 3-in-1 game, played with wooden paddles and a perforated plastic ball in a normal Badminton court or on any hard surface with a 3-foot net. It's an exciting way for people of all ages to stay active and to meet new people!

We offer 6 indoor Pickleball courts at Whitney Recreation Center; cost is $3.25 (plus tax) per session, or 20 pass punch cards are available for $50.00 plus tax. Visit the gym office for more info on schedules, leagues and lessons. *Please note: COVID regulations may restrict court availability. Please visit the Whitney Recreation Center page for details.

And, seasonally, check out our outdoor courts at Calvary Hill Park! Nets will be set up in mid-April (weather permitting); courts are available 8:00 a.m. until dusk.
