Downtown Parking Ramps
Rates
- Daily Parking: $1.00 per hour or fraction thereof
- Prepayment required at Pay Station or with the Mobile App
- Maximum Daily Charge: $10.00
- Free 60 Minutes of Ramp Parking for Mobile App users
Hours of Enforcement
- Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Free parking weeknights after 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. and all-day weekends.
- Free parking all hours on City holidays.
Permits
- Ramp permits are recommended for individuals who will use a parking ramp on a daily basis.
- Permits are available on a quarterly or annual basis.
- Quarterly Parking Permit: $188.50 plus applicable sales tax.
- Parking permit must be displayed in designated location in the vehicle at all times.
Permits are purchased at City Hall, 400 2nd Street South. Call 320-650-3374 for further information.
