Increase your flexibility, balance, and range of motion as you move your entire body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. (No going down to a mat) Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Optional chair support provides added stability when needed.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance, and fitness program for older adults. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance, and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. It is a one-hour class featuring warm-up, balance, aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. Can do seated or standing. Hand weights are needed or can substitute with soup cans, water bottles, etc.
Tuesdays 9:30 to 10:30 AM and Thursdays 11:30 to 12:30
Yoga teaches us how to stretch the body, focus the mind, pay attention to the breath, and live in the present moment with a greater sense of ease and well-being. This class will teach you techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and balance the body.
Mondays and Thursdays
1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
This gentle Pilates mat class combines the fundamentals of core engagement and proper posture and alignment to achieve an overall balanced body. Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body.
SilverSneakers Boom Muscle
Mondays 11:15 AM, Thursdays 9:00 - 9:30 am
Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through several "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength.

This dance fitness class is fun, energetic, and will make you feel amazing! Its low-impact and easy-to-follow choreography offers a total workout of cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Come prepared to dance, sweat, and smile! Best suited for active seniors.
