Inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicles shall not be parked, kept or stored on any premises and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of major disassembly, disrepair or in the process of being stripped or dismantled.

If you suspect a vehicle has been abandoned on a public street, contact the St. Cloud Police Department Parking Violations Department at 320-255-7209.
A parking community service officer will be dispatched to chalk the vehicle. The community service officer will return after a 24-hour period and ticket the vehicle if it has not been moved. If the vehicle has not been moved after receiving five consecutive tickets, after the fifth ticket is seven days old the vehicle will be towed.
