The City of St. Cloud's public buildings and sites energy demand for 2020 was approximately 29 million kWh of
electricity. The St. Cloud Hydroelectric Generation Facility is a net producer for the city, generating almost twice that number of kWh via hydroelectric generation.
On average, the Hydroelectric Generation Facility produces over 50 million kWh annually.
In 2020 the Facility produced a total of over 55 million kWh's, the energy equivalent of powering almost 5,000 homes for an entire year.
