If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.

Libby and OverDrive are free apps where you can borrow ebooks and digital audiobooks from your public library. You can stream books with Wi-Fi or mobile data, or download them for offline use and read anytime, ... All you need to get started is a library card.
The Great River Regional Library will do a presentation to outline steps on how you can download books, get signed up for a library card if needed, and help answer your questions. If you have an Ipad, Kindle, Tablet, etc - grab it out and charge it up!
