Human Resources

It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to provide the most qualified, best trained personnel to staff various city positions and to assure appropriate allocation to pay rates, benefits and duties within each position. Our responsibilities include providing support to other city departments in the areas of job description analysis and classification, and employee recruitment and selection. The department is also responsible for educating employees on policies, programs and benefits.
