Throughout the year, RSVP volunteers knit scarves, mittens, and hats for children in need of warmth and comfort during Minnesota winters. In 2014, RSVP volunteers provided nearly 1,200 hats, scarves and mitten sets to 27 local agencies. Most of the agencies work with children, but others include: shelters, food shelves and crisis shelters.
