electricity. The St. Cloud Hydroelectric Generation Facility is a net producer for the city, generating more than twice that number of kWh's via hydroelectric generation.
In 2016 the Hydroelectric Generation Facility produced a total of 57 million kWh's. This makes 2016 the 2nd best production year on record. The highest production year was 1997, when 58 million kWh's were produced.
